LNBB takes positive account after 6 years of GA network work

After 6 years, WAGENER & HERBST terminated the network management for the GA-funded project “Collaboration Network Logistics Berlin-Brandenburg”. The Berlin-Brandenburg Logistics Network, which was established within the scope of this project, is now one of the top clusters in Brandenburg.

The positive work of the network management of WAGENER & HERBST (content management) and Zukunftsagentur Brandenburg (Administration) was highlighted at the Annual Meeting of the LNBB Logistics Network Berlin-Brandenburg on 17.11.2011. The profile of the logistics location Brandenburg was significantly strengthened internationally and the conditions for logistics and industrial companies improved. Examples include the development of Wustermarks as a web lathe, as well as the profiling of Prignitz as an economic and logistics location in seaport hinterland traffic.

Network coordinator Dr. Norbert Wagener sees as the success of the GA network the real teamwork, e.g. in the infrastructure and marketing steering groups, and concentrating on the future of the region, which could not be solved by a single company alone. Dr. Wagener is delighted: “Our long-term employee and former deputy network manager Mark Renner will now lead the office of the association after the end of the funded project, thus ensuring continuity in the operational work”.
