SBO Sächsische Binnenhäfen Oberelbe GmbH with company strategy until 2022

A new stra­tegy has be­en de­ve­lo­ped for 2022 by SBO GmbH wi­th the sup­port of WAGENER & HERBST. The start­ing point was an in­ven­to­ry on the ba­sis of which in­vest­ment in stra­te­gic busi­ness are­as and de­ve­lo­p­ment con­cepts for the port lo­ca­ti­ons Dresden, Riesa, Torgau as well as for the sites of the sub­si­dia­ry CSP in Decin and Lovosice we­re plan­ned. The pro­ject fo­cu­ses on the de­ve­lo­p­ment of a new KV ter­mi­nal in Riesa, the fur­ther de­ve­lo­p­ment of the hea­vy load switch in Dresden and the mo­der­niza­ti­on of the port of Torgau.
